What qualification does Kimi hold?
Kimi has a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences (Naturopathy) that was obtained at Endeavour College of Natural Health. She is also a member of the Complementary Medicine Association (CMA).
Do you only offer in-person consultations?
No, Kimi offers in-person and online (telehealth) consultations.
I still want to see my GP, can I see you as well?
Of course! Having a large healthcare team with multi-modalities is most important to allow for the best care possible for you. If you don't already see a GP, I will most likely recommend it anyway!
I'm feeling a bit apprehensive about seeing you, what should I do?
This sounds like the perfect opportunity to book a free clarity call with me. Or send me a message if you have any additional questions.
Can I bring my kids to an in-person consult?
You definitely can. I do recommend trying to come yourself, only so that you do get that time just for you.
Do I have to be at home for an online consult?
No! You can be anywhere you wish - so long as you have a good internet connection. However, I do recommend you are in a setting where you feel comfortable and you can give your full attention to the consult.
I can't do any of the times or days you are available, do you offer alternative times?
Yes! Please contact me to arrange an alternate time/day as I am flexible and can do early mornings or late nights.
I am after a very specific consult, can you accommodate?
It depends! Please contact me with your proposal and I will let you know if it's something I can accommodate too or not, or if I have an alternate suggestion.
Do you offer payment plans or anything?
If you would like to see me, however, are struggling financially - please contact me and I will try to arrange something that works for both of us.
I am not vegan, can I still see you?
Of course! Treating vegan and plant-based individuals is just a special interest of mine however not a prerequisite at all.
Are you an inclusive and safe space?
Yes!
I treat people from all races, genders, abilities, and sexualities, and am a safe and inclusive space for all people.
I do not tolerate any racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind in my clinic.
